The data available through SGP Directory is sourced from public government datasets. You may use the information for lawful purposes only. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

• Bulk scraping or automated harvesting of data without prior written consent
• Reselling or redistributing the data as a standalone product
• Using the data for spam, phishing, or any other fraudulent activity
• Any use that violates applicable Singapore laws and regulations

4. API Access

Programmatic access to SGP Directory data is provided through our API. Use of the API is subject to these Terms of Service as well as any additional API-specific terms communicated to you upon registration.
